graceswainart is based out of Ontario, Canada. All orders usually take between 1 - 5 business days to process. Shipping times will vary with different shipping speeds and location. graceswainart uses Canada Post for all shipping. Please see the Canada Post website to see approximate shipping times for each different shipping option.

graceswainart does not allow returns or refunds once product has shipped. However, if there is any issues with your order, please message us within 2 days of your orders arrival to report any damage.

Please keep in mind, once the product is shipped, it is out of our control. If you have any issues with shipping or delivery, please contact your nearest post office to inquire about your package and provide them with your tracking number.

As a small business graceswainart does not have a VAT number or cover Import Fees on ANY products for international orders. All Import fees fall on the customer for international orders outside of Canada.
